I captured this powerful image during the George Floyd protest in Houston, Texas. The photograph went viral and gained worldwide attention after I posted it on Instagram, where it garnered over 49,000 likes. The image was reposted by former president, Donald J. Trump, and congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. Renowned celebrities such as Hugh Jackman, Lili Estefan, and Andy Frisella, to name a few, also reposted the image. This all led to me being interviewed for a local news network where my work was displayed.
